Coldy Posted July 16, 2024 Report Posted July 16, 2024 Ships generally in this genre are either crafted in the grid like in small ships, or made by turning a build into a boat entity like on valkyrean skyies, and in case the devs are going for one of these two methods i have a third sugestion, wich is to add a sistem like the Firma Civilization addon to TFC, wich you build the skeleton of the ship and then you add planks, nail them and then it turns into an entity wich you can add other functions, it's kinda weird to explain so here's the trailer of the mod wich shows the building process, the building starts at 1:44. 1

I'm willing to get that whatever Tyron comes up with will be better than we imagine and totally different from what can be done in TFC. BTW: welcome to the forums.
