Items not deleting after pick up.

That is a pile of sticks and willow canes (wildcraft trees) They were pciked up and in my hotbar but for some reason the item would stay in view. It is doing this with every item that I break or drop. Plz help :3

IME, this is a sign of an imminent crash. Maybe imminent is a little strong; I've seen it take a half hour. But your best bet is exiting out and restarting your server. The behavior is pretty uncertain. Say you converted your canes into reed baskets. If you let it crash, after restarting, sometimes you will end up with more baskets than you crafted, sometimes less or even none.
