Issues loggin in

Hello, am I the only one having problems loggin in to the page where it directs me to download the game client? I just bought the game and I don't know what to do. Even though a friend of mine sent me the .exe file to install vintage stories it doesn't let me login there. Passwords and everything is correct, as you can see that's why I am asking for some help on forums. Any way of fixing this?

I'm able to log in.

You have to set up an account on Client area (banner at the top of the page). It's been several years, so I don't remember the exact details, whether you have to redeem the key you were emailed, or if that is only for gift copies. Have you set up an account there yet? It is different than your forum login, though if you wanted to, you could probably use the same password.

Oh my goodness, it was that easy. I didn't see the key because it was in my spam folder called 'Office', but it's kind of strange that everything else was vintage story. Thanks for the assistance!

Oh, that's useful information when others have problems. Who was the sender of the email with the key?
