im really sketched out about this whole process of getting the game, making accounts, everything, and really would like some peace of mind if somebody could please help me, im banned, ip banned cause my login info wouldnt work when trying to login to the game, and now i cant play the game i spent 20$, i dont have a lot of money and really just want to play this game, i cant issue a refund with my bank ive already tried the only thing i can do is ask for help, its been 24 hours since my support ticket was placed and nothing, please i just want some help and am running out of patience.

Welcome to the forums! I would give it a bit longer on the support ticket; I'm not sure where all the staff are located, but I do believe there are several that live in the US, and we had a major holiday here a few days ago. So some might still be traveling back from visiting their families.

If it's been a few days and there's still no response, the only other thing I can really think of is to try emailing again.

This is still really bad, especially since the holidays are when a lot of people have the time and inclination to buy new games.

 

The only tip I can give is try the "other account". You've got a forum account and the account you made the purchase with. I was trying to login with my forum account at first too.
