Bought the supporter pack, but no golden nameplate when looking at myself with F5

First I've thought it's just not in singleplayer and I have to be connected to a server, so I got into the first public server on the list, but no gold plate there either? Is there any extra step I need to do to get that?

Go to https://account.vintagestory.at/profile and adjust the in-game display.

I don't seem to have an option to? Only got my e-mail, first name, last name and the player name.

write a support ticket and ask them to add it to your account it won't take more than a day or so.
