As the title says i think adding sauna to the game would be interesting,they would add some new gameplay things like.

-Getting warm in winter.

-Being in there while its active could also heal the player slowly.

-It could also be used to cook some foods while active.

-It could also be used to make malt or such.

I like this idea. It slots nicely with other enclosed space mechanics Vintage Story has like coal pits and storage.

It can also be used for herbal medicine, adding medicinal herbs to the water or to braziers around the water to speed up healing.
