I am trying to upload mod to the ModDB but I can't type or select anything in the Mod ID or Mod Version Number and I can't upload a file without that info. I thought this might be a browser problem (I use mozilla) but I've tried Edge and I still have the same problem. I'm sure the answer will be an easy no-doy moment but I'm stumped.

Clicking in the field does nothing. I tried tabbing over to it but tab just takes me down to the text. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Also tried searching the forums for an answer but I can't find any threads about it.

Those parts will the auto-filled with the appropriate information from the modinfo.json.

Thank you! This was it. 🎉

Although, in general I find the website does not play well with my browser. When I changed the modinfo.json I discovered that the zip I was uploading were empty and that the only way the website will properly upload a file is if you drag and drop it. Once I dragged and dropped the file the fields auto-filled.

The ModDB needs a lot of work. If I remember correctly the devs are aware, but they currently don't have a dedicated web designer on board.

Nice mod, btw.

If you are interested in suggestions for potential future updates. It would be nice, if one could craft sod roofing with any building block that's generally used to build walls with, using the texture of that building block to change the look of the sod roofing.

Example: In your mod screenshot the marked areas could have the chert instead of the oak texture.

Oh that's a great idea. I did a quick and dirty texture swap for my play through but ultimately that would be the best solution. Thanks for linking the reading material. I would have never found that on my own.
