Did not receive game key

Hi, I bought a single game account around half an hour ago, but did not receive a game key along with my confirmation. I have checked my spam folder.

Can someone what else I might be doing wrong, or who to contact? Thanks in advance.

Edit: Nevermind, figured out where to send a support ticket. Consider the question answered.

there is an option under orders that allows a support ticket to be created
