is there any premissions/groups mod?

Idk if i posted this in wrong section, but if i did then mod/admin may move it for me.

I'm looking for a mod that adds premissions/groups function to server, so it makes new players who joins can only interact with limited things but not build and modify the spawn and other peoples buildings.

While users with member group/access they can build and do everything a new member can but they can't break, edit other peoples build and cannot access their chests, house.

Then there you can also have mod and admin group so staff members can help on server  

Not last but least i also want to have so it uses [Admin]PlayerName, [Mod]Player Name, [Member]PlayerName, [Guests]PlayerName and so on.

Also mod shall prevent those who can build cannot modify/break other peoples stuff and same cannot access their chest and house without premission.

Minecraft has this type of plugin/addon and i hope there is similar for vintagestory. But i haven't found any yet or it just me not looking correctly, since mod is named completely something else than what i was searching on.

My limited understanding, as you might also have viewed already, a server can have 'rolls' as defined in the serverconfig.json file.  It looks to have some robustness in limiting a number if factors.

And then under the /land claim system, an individual has the ability to grant access to open chests but not place or break blocks vs build rights.

I've yet to see a pretty gui (mod or otherwise) that hooks into either of these, kinda interested a management tool that takes a further step beyond editing a file with a text editor, or command line

well for minecraft there is a plugin/mod that lets you use an axe that you bind into a tool function so you can mark ground from 1 corner to other etc and then when you marked your area you type /claim and it will claim the specific area and then anyone else who tries to build there will see their block flash quickly and a text saying "You're not allowed to build here" or something and if you break a block it will say "You are not allowed to break blocks here" and so on.

But about groups thing you mean vintagestory already has that? since all i understand is that it has only for exisiting ones, but idk if that can be added more and with build premissions and not etc.
