Well, I finally dug up about 8 stacks of titanium ore, tossed it in my steel-capped pulverizer... and it kicked out a stack of 24 titanium ore chunks and the rest of the or vanished into thin air. I was at my base the whole time... I know people have had disappearances of product when they are distant (I never have. Last week I dropped a dozen stacks of bauxite, went walkabout, came back and they were all crushed).

Any notion what is going on?

I've had pulverized powder disappear though probably not your issue.

What happened with me, the pulverized powder wasn't getting sucked up by the hopper underneath, and instead (as i later realized) despawned at floor level.  ended up building sides  above the hopper to better guild the powder into the hopper.  seems to be more of an issue if i wander the distance that unloads the chunk.

Having the same issue. I put 19 ilmenite Nuggets in my Automated Crusher System and 5 minutes later all I had in my Hopper Chest was 2 Crushed ilmenite. I have some Slabs on both sides of the Hopper to guide it in. This only happens with ilmenite for some reason

If you're crushing the nugget itself, then it will only produce 0.3 units; meaning you'll need about 4 nuggets per crushed ilmenite

However, at 19 nuggets, that should bring you closer to around 5, not 2, so you may be losing some. Either that, or you just got some really bad odds.

Also, for future reference, when it comes to Ilumite, put the chunks into the pulverizer, not the nuggets. You'll have a better rate of return for your Crushed Ilmenite needs.
