Meteoric Iron should be able to become meteoric steel

This should feel like a simple thing to implement, as meteoric iron reigns supreme over iron by a slight margin. 

Meteoric steel (or cosmic steel), would simply be something further over default steel as the ultimate end game ingot. 

This just feels natural, as a means of progression. Thanks for reading

Thing is meteoric iron is just Iron but very pure. By making steel you'd drive out most of the impurities in the iron anyway, thus, all steel is "meteoric" steel
