FwuffyKitten Posted March 12, 2025 Report Posted March 12, 2025 I had a thing where time was stuck passing very quickly. Like I was stuck in the sleeping time cycle. So I used the /time csm command to change it, ended up using it a few times as i didn't know what time I was on, and then this happened. now I can't change the time to anything but this. No matter what calendar speed I set it to 1 day = 5.671372443975481E+36. I have a handful of mods but none of them should be doing anything to the calendar speed. I just really want to fix my save, and now it seems basically stuck on time stop.
gilt-kutabe Posted March 12, 2025 Report Posted March 12, 2025 (edited) @FwuffyKitten I don’t know how to fix your current issue, but if you have the bug where time remains sped up after sleeping, wait until the game will let you sleep again and do so. That *should* fix it I think. Maybe try /time calenderspeedmul 0.5 (pretty sure that’s the default) instead of the abbreviated csm? It’s probably the exact same command doing the exact same thing, but it might be slightly different. Edited March 12, 2025 by gilt-kutabe
Bonehead8 Posted September 24, 2025 Report Posted September 24, 2025 Hi! I had this happen to me upon creating a new world. Basically, make sure time isn't paused before you make changes to csm. While the changes will still work, the game will reply that "1 day = 5.671372443975481E+36." I also have a lot of mods so I went combing through turning things on/off. Surprise, it was none of them! I loaded up a new save, set the csm just to test whether it was fixed or not, and found that it was fixed. Happy that I'd found the mod that caused the issue, I paused time to test a bunch of values until I got one I was happy with. And it happened again, instantly. This time I knew that the only difference between it working a few seconds prior and this moment was me pausing time. I resumed time, and voila! Fixed! I know this probably won't help you as months have passed, but I hope this reply finds some person in the future having the same issue. Also, im on version 1.21.1 (Stable).
