demo Demo version of the game

Can the developers make a special demo version that can only be played for 1 hour? Just long enough to try the game before the person buys the game, and try to reduce the amount of refund requests being posted on the forums or support channels?

1 hour might be not enough. Demo versions are usually can be played unlimited time. I'd say limit progression to early copper age, when people can feel satisfaction from casting molten metal and mining stone like dirt. Also, might be restricted to single player only

If after an hour you still havent bought the game, you are unlikely to do so. Imo, an hour is more than enough to get your feet wet and see what the game is about.

Also since we are talking about a demo version, a specific map that is tied to the demo version would help a lot as well.
