Hover over that greenish/grey gear to see how much temporal stability you have left. If it's below about 25% you'll start geting that personal temporal storm. This is intended behavior. edit - watched the vid and you stepped into an invisible rift. That gear started spinning like it was on meth, indicating you were standing in a rift. I havent used mods yet but i feel like combat is the worst aspect of the game so it might be time to get the genie out of the bottle. 1
