De Rek Posted June 16, 2025 Report Posted June 16, 2025 Just a minor inconvenience since I rarely ever die in the game but still it seems pretty dumb in my opinion because if someone else is really annoyed after dying to broken combat or if they are new that doesn't really seem helpful to have it slapped into their face. Is this a style choice or what?
gilt-kutabe Posted June 16, 2025 Report Posted June 16, 2025 (edited) It’s a joke. Also, if someone’s in such a state of mind after dying that that text effects them, then maybe it’s a reminder that it’s just a game, and you’re supposed to be having fun playing it. Better to realize you’re that mad and rage quit and go do something else than throw your computer out the window. Edited June 16, 2025 by gilt-kutabe 4
Never Jhonsen Posted June 17, 2025 Report Posted June 17, 2025 It's on the same level with "Congratulations, you died", which shows on the same screen. A silly thing to bring a chuckle in a rough situation. Like gilt-kutable said, if you're irritated enough that these silly texts bother you, then it's time for a break. 3
idiomcritter Posted June 19, 2025 Report Posted June 19, 2025 and I'm asking why isn't the rage quit an option without death? like when inadvertently the house of wood catches fire from the torch being used to light the furnace and ya run around with an axe trying to chop out the fire, but it just keeps spreading, and the chests of values poofs one after another..... 4
