Looks like a Mod issue. I'd suggest posting this on the mod page and ask for help.

Its odd that the parts that are not loading are the story parts, at least I would guess it is.. or its the mod BetterRuins.

It's the better ruins mod, which add more story locations.

Thank you to all who replied and helped! You were all correct and it was BetertRuins, I was worried that these were base game story locations.
