It seems like such a simple solution - one flint arrowhead + one rope = arrowhead necklace. Just like the tree seed amulets. It would be perfect for a caveman outfit and some extra customization in the early game. Like, I get why Nadiyan clothes are uncraftable - they're supposed to be unique and our seraph doesn't know about Nadiya and their culture prior to meeting them but this is such a universal (and frankly obvious) necklace that it really seems weird for it to be uncraftable...
