ADHD proof recipes?

There's so many things to focus on that I will set out a plan to do something and I forget in the few minutes it takes me to get back to my storage, and then I spend a minute or two hating myself for not paying attention before.

Is there anything like MC JEI where I can tag items so I can look back at what I was planning?

I'm trying to build a huge house with many different block in solo so I'm constantly all over the place and I at least wish I could mark items I'm currently focusing on, like cutting logs into planks and planks into plank blocks.

Totally understand the need for something like this, I'm a goldfish and get distracted easily.

There's this mod To do list  that might help a bit, tho it's not exactly what your idea is. I find it helpful for my use, maybe it will be of use to you too?

Thank you! I didn't know this existed and I used a similar mod in Factorio to keep myself on track  so this will be super handy!
