Force-Spawn Lazaret?

Well, I've gotten to the location for the Lazaret, but... Nothing. I even dug a hole to Mantle and found nothing there.
Any way I can force it to spawn?

Judging from the map, it looks like it has spawned. I recommend checking out the nearby ravine.

Had to fix the missing treasure hunter, then re-did the spawn. I think it worked.
Now I just gotta figure this entrance out...
