So its pretty rare that I notice sound design in a game, and as I turned off the music (to be able to hear bees) I realised how rich the sound design is. Each surface has its texture of sounds that seem to change depending on whether you're destroying or interacting with it. And these arent repeating sounds-they appear to change subtly between impacts. I'm having a lot of fun just poking objects to hear the sounds coming out of them.

Anyways, just curious to know who works on it to congratulate them on their good work!

Welcome to the forums! I'm not sure exactly who does the sound design...I'm guessing it's a team effort. Some of the sounds, like the angry bee noise, Tyron made himself. Lo-Phi is responsible for the music.

Or I mean...could just check the credits 🤣 Apparently Luke Young(tagwin) is currently responsible for sound design, with Colter Hendrickson and Rythillian as former contributors for sound design. Andrey Vinogradov was responsible for the Hurdy Gurdy music that plays in a certain location.

If you check the credits.txt file in your Vintage Story folder, there's a list of various sounds and where they originated.
