Are there any populated servers which allow PVP? (nonconsensual)

Are there any populated servers which allow players to create their own consequences? claim gives you all the protection you need imo.

Not looking for:
where you need to give consent to be killed,
1 million rules and restrictions on how you can attack some other faction or blabla.

I just want a nice non laggy server without some buggy combat mod, not a million mods, which has pvp on and allowed to kill each other over disagreements or whatever.

It would be nice if there exists such an SMP or anarchy server for pit fights. Doesn't seem like it though. 
I wish VS had a combat mechanism similar to that of Minecraft 1.7/1.8.9 rod PvP.

If you can't find what you're looking for, you could always try hosting your own. Yes, it's a bit more effort than just joining someone else's server, but it does give you complete control over what rules are in place.

Well there is my server that allows it but player reputation is a thing that goes both ways. server is still fresh but some stuff was built
