Hair Glitch

Noticed this when making a new world. The rosewood hair colour seems to have a blue streak when none of the others do (screenshot of russet for comparison)

Also very happy to discover curly hair has been added.

Definitely a bug. You'll want to report it on the Github bug tracker, if it's not been reported already.
