Custom sea level

Is there a way to change the sea level of the world on generation? I want to increase the world height for taller mountains without most of that height being wasted underground which I think is plenty deep on default settings.

By default, sea level is tied to the world height. See: https://wiki.vintagestory.at/Sea_level

Maybe by mods, but I had a quick scan and couldn't find one that did it.
It looks like Tera Prety is considering an attempt, but is not there yet (???).

That's a shame. I'll keep an eye out for that mod, I've heard good things about Terra Prety and I might give it a try if I decide to make a new world.

Hopefully in a future update it will be added to the base game.
