Paid mod request - Devastation spreader

Hey, I'm looking to commission a mod for a challenge video. The general gist I'm going for is 'devastation takes over the world', either by having devastation be everywhere at the start, or ideally, it spreads outward from a block that naturally generates in the world. Temporality plus has a feature similar to what I'm going for, with devastation spreading from rifts.


Some of the features I'd like are:

Devastation spreads across the surface blocks of the world (for simplicity, no cave spreading. Maybe just dirt, sand and gravel blocks)
Rift wards block the spread of devastation/removes devastation
A cheap, one use item to block spread of devastation
An item to restore sanity
Devastation spawns high level enemies (can be omitted and use wilderlands mods instead) and causes sanity loss
Devastation not spread into Nydia

If nobody else offers to do it, I can lend a hand, but I can't guarantee a timeline, or that it'll be fully featured.

Updating this post to clarify: I didn't see that this was paid. I'd do it without payment, which is why I'd do it without worry about timeline or guarantees.

I've had this as an idea and getting paid to work on it, especially knowing that it will be used for a video, would be fantastic. My mod is called 'Spreading Devastation'. The spreading devastation part is already fully functional. I've been inspired by the modpack Blightfall.
