How Do I craft the modded Quiver?

I downloaded the mod for the quiver, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to make it...

Anyone know how?

There should be a crafting recipe listed in the handbook, or listed on the modpage. Difficult to say much more than that, without knowing which mod you're referring to(there are at least a handful that add quivers).
