Problem with transferring markers on the minimap

I switched accounts and wanted to transfer minimap markers (or maybe even all the data) from one account to another on the server. I tried editing the save file using SQLite Editor and a hex editor, but it didn't work. The server replaces the files I've modified with the old ones after starting
