Don't worry not a rant, nor is it an complaint, just a post for awareness.

If the image is a little too small to make out, essentially I had 90 units of unpoured bronze, the ingot I started to pour had 6/100, by rights I should have been left with an ingot minus 4 units when I completed that pour.

Whether this is an issue related to round up numbers or simply just a slight bug in how the number of units are calculated, doesn't really matter. If anything this is good, as I never needed to smelt 4 units of bronze (in fact, can I technically make 4 units of bronze based on the % ratio?).

Keep this in mind if you find yourself in a similar position.

Yeah, I've noticed this too. It only seems to happen to me one out of about every 20 ingots, but I sometime find myself innexplicably one or two units short of a full ingot. This seems to happen often (but no always) when I stop pouring before the ingot mold is totally filled, or before the crucible is empty.

is your situation reproducable?

Sure, get hit by a shiver mid-pour and on low health, then run away, hide in your house, sleep, then come back when the coast is clear! ;)

and is the ingot math wrong every time that happens?

Ooh, I can't promise you it happens every time, sorry.

I've noticed the discrepancy before, and in similar circumstances of me being interrupted during pouring, I just decided to post about it because it happened to me right now. The main reason I'm doing so is more to warn others that they don't need to spend time smelting more ore to even out the quantity. I don't see it as a bug as such, the amount of ore I put in to the crucible at the start is still the amount I get out at the end.
