Starting date

I have thousands on hours in Vintage Story.

My current play through I used a mod to change the start date to March 1st instead of May 1st.

I must say this has been a fun play though so far.

Normally I skip a lot of things I enjoy like panning Bonny soil and exploring ruins in an effort to maximize progression before the first winter.

 

Cold was a real problem. Solved by panning and selling some gems to traders which I normally don’t use much. Food was a constant struggle, fish are a great source since they are stuck and can’t run away. 
 

its just been a delightful run.
