Can you carry bodies?

I saw a streamer lift and carry a bear, but I'm not sure if that was a mod or not. I'm trying to harvest something that I killed in the water and it is inconvenient as it is on the bottom.

It's not a vanilla mechanic, so my guess would be the Butchery mod, perhaps. It's definitely a mod of some sort though.
