We're just regular players here. The only other thing to note is make sure that you are using the correct login information, as there are different logins for your forum account and game account. 1

If you don't want to sit around and look at your nails while support gets to you, here's some things that tend to help me: A thing I noticed for myself (embarassingly often) is that sometimes when copying things in (like the mail) it leaves a space at the end that could potentially break the process, like so: "isopod@example.com " Maybe you're typing the new password wrong? Or, one time deleting my cache for a site and reloading the browser helped. Still don't know how that happened. Mostly just commenting because of the awesome username though :) 1
