Help wiping mod data

Here is the situation. I've redownloaded VS and Mods after getting a new computer (old one bricked itself), when I launched the game and tried messing with the configs using configlib the window dosent show up at all. I've tried reinstalling the mod but still nothing, after looking in the comments for the mod my only solution that could work is wiping my Appdata for the game.  Now I dont know how to do that and I dont want to in fear of messing something up, so can someone kindly give me instructions as to how to do this safely. pls and thank you
