And I am, just like you, passionate about VS and how the game built around been a realistic as much as possible. In a couple years of playing the game, as everyone, I dived into using mods to add some flavor to Vanilla experience And, as some of you, I tried to explore how to create mods myself. Unfortunately, I am not very good programmer and my limitation of codding is a limitation of ChatGPT. Though I am not giving up and my brain can't stop generating ideas for modifications. So far I have several ideas of how to make world a bit more immersive, challenging but rewarding. Just an example to whet the appetite An immersive system to handle health. Diseases (not only wounds get from battles but many other ways to get hurt), cures, compatibility with other mods. I would be happy to share my thoughts and ideas with anyone who is willing to get his hands dirty with C# and make game a bit more interesting and realistic! My best wishes, MrRogvold!

Of course, it'll take time for that update to release, but it might be a waste for other mod developers to try and use this new mod that implements such status effects if it's going to be replaced by a base game mechanic in due time. There isn't any guarantee that it will definitely be implemented in the base game, but they seem to be explicitly planning for it, so...

Don't have to offer much except ideas to implemet, help with testing and even drawing some textures (think I can handle something). So in case you are willing to try something - be my guest!
