Request: Liquid moving with chutes

Mod Title: Liquid Chutes

Feature 1: Allow the ability to move water from source (Or aquifers underground) with chutes. Primarily with Archimedes Screw
Feature 2 (Optional):  Add a new chute type called the "Tap" to fill buckets and barrels. Toggleable to prevent "leaks"

I basically want a way to make my water pump windmill to function like a true water pump from the 1800s (Image posted for anyone that wanna build the windmill using Millwright 8 blade.) 

 

 

I would make this a commission but with money so tight I wont be able to pay anyone.
