cant find the rabies mod

i know it was real
i remember a rabies mod but i cant find it, it had a vaccine and instant cure using temporal gears, a sample collection kit to get rabies samples or a vaccine, and a cure that you could make with a cooking pot. it would put you in a coma for a few days iirc
did it get banned? did the mod creator just delete it?
why is it gone?
i know it was real.

Pure Winter left the VS modding scene and deleted their mods about three months ago.
From what I've heard, it was for personal reasons.
