Accessibility Wireframe setting made to work on tamed Elk

I'm wondering if the accessibility wireframe settings could be made to work on the tamed elk placement boxes. We have the wireframe thickness set to max in the settings and its still really thin on the tamed elk and hard for someone i play with to see them.
