So, working on a modded server and the first temporal storm hit. A brand new player loading in with a fresh client (didn't even have a backpack yet lol) had the same visual oddity as myself, which you can see from the photo (ignore blood and death please). The color scheme and visuals of the temporal storm only occurred within that oval, while everything outside of it looked normal. It's only month 2, so not like any of us are running around with nightvision equipment.

Playing on 1.22.3, with the following mod list. Digging around each of the mod pages hasn't turned up the culprit.

Vintage Shader

My best guess, at a glance, is that it's the shader mod having some goofy interference with another mod, or perhaps not playing nicely with the player's hardware or settings. You could try removing that mod and see if that clears up the issue.

If it's a fresh client then there shouldn't have been any older mods in the folder that could interfere. That being said, do check the modlist to make sure everything is updated correctly for 1.22, just in case there's an outdated mod in the list. Otherwise, the only way to figure out which mod is causing the issue is to disable them all, make sure vanilla works correctly, and then re-enable them one by one and test as you do so until you encounter the problem again.

Thanks! Been lurking for awhile now.

I was *really* hoping I might be able to avoid disabling systematically, just due to the work involved. All of the mods were at 1.22.x, at least, though not all had been reissued for 1.22.3. So I knew I was gambling at least a little.

I'll start with the shader though. I thought I had seen some comments from at least mod that I was evaluating, complaining about how it added an unrelated nightvision feature, but when I went looking I couldn't find it again. Just found someone else complaining about temporal stability not being referenced correctly on the Vintage Shaders mod. Thanks!
