Feycat Posted June 24 Report Posted June 24 Is there any code or debug or anything I can use to un-bug my world? I updated 2 different worlds from 1.21 to 1.22, used commands to regen all the terrain I changed less than 20 blocks of. I sailed to chunks previously not generated and went fishing, using both dough stinkbait and worms. I would fish for about a half hour, then sail a few minutes further and try again. I've been doing this for about 2 hours and have not gotten a single bite. I made a new world using the seed and settings and cheated out a rod and the same bait I've been using and started catching fish immediately, in the exact same biomes and lattitude. So the older worlds are definitely bugged. No visual fish spawn either. Is there anything I can do to fix it? (please do not suggest using world-edit to move my build, it's too big and too integrated into the map for that to work.)
Rainbow Fresh Posted June 25 Report Posted June 25 Using /wgen to regenerate the world should fix it for the truly freshly generated chunks, but seeing as you said you need to protect a big player structure (which that command doesn't support to my knowledge?) this might not be a good option. Only other alternative I know of is this mod which allows you to generate fishmap data for lakes manually without altering terrain: https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/47202
