Spoiler Known purchasable Nadyian village items are available here, if you have been to the story location of the village: https://wiki.vintagestory.at/Nadiyan_villager_clothing_set I don't see the Nadiyan Alchemist Hat listed. Not everything is available. (And the Wiki is not always up-to-date). It is a valid item, because it is worn by the villager Wall. So that is probably why you can see it in the Creative menu. Maybe see what he is selling. Long story short though, if you really want it, then "buy" it from the Creative menu, and throw a few Gears into a river. And for OTHER hats, don't forget mods!
