Benjo Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago can someone please fix my save game? I have corrupted it after i updated the game version and opened my save with outdated (1.21) mods being active. This pretty much immediately killed the save and no i dont have any backups (stupid, i know). I went from game version 1.21 to 1.22 and now i cannot play my save at all. if anyone knows what to do or how to fix this please do since i've spent 70+ hours on this save and i dont want to lose it my save game (ignore the silly file name): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Zpn2u69utiPMFbvTTk9LgIalBOaQ57Vc?usp=sharing
Rainbow Fresh Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago First off it would help to know what even is wrong with it. Like what happens that makes it "corrupted" and what error does it generate? 1

Like what happens that makes it "corrupted" and what error does it generate? Hello @Benjo, Sorry about your world. It's a reminder to all of us to take backups - I haven't done one lately. @Rainbow Fresh is right - it would really help to know what the issues are. I have done the following though: Downloaded cumberland.vcdbs and copied to my Saves folder. I ignored the other two files. I clicked the Pencil icon and chose "Run in Repair Mode" on v1.22.5 (stable) This started up and I was able to access the world, but it did give errors along the way I flew around to confirm I could see some of your activity Save and Exit, rerun in Repair mode - this time no errors Once in the world, there were chunks missing immediately at the spawn in location 0, 125, 0. Only a wgen command to regenerate the default terrain in that location would work. (Potentially those other two files contain uncommited writes, but I didn't want to go down that path in this test.) The rest of the map looked good. I found your base - looks nice. Maybe try those same steps and see if it helps. Professor Dragon. Edited 8 hours ago by Professor Dragon 1
