We are an adult-focused medium sized whitelist community of tight-knit players looking to expand into a staple server within the modded community. Quick and easy whitelisting is done through a Discord bot found @ DSC.COM/MCoR Links: Discord Server Wiki VS Server List What originally started as a play through between two brothers, MCoR has grown into an actively developed experience meant to provide unique gameplay loops and player interaction. What can we offer you? -Long term and stable gameplay. We boast full access to a custom built server rig with 128GB of RAM and a top-end AMD 5.4hz CPU. Security blankets include scheduled automatic restarts, off-system backups, and various admin tools. An active staff team is also provided to attend to any issues players may have through the use of Support Tickets. -Economy & Jobs MCoR focuses on economy through player trading and income sources from the server. Players are able to obtain income by bartering with other players and selling various goods to Trading Posts (see screenshots below) dotted around the map. Businesses are common throughout the community, providing services and goods through the use of the Vinconomy and Coinage mods. -Custom made modpack Curated over time, we have achieved strong stability and balance by listening and interacting with the community. A modlist can be found on our Wiki. -A world worth crossing Our terrain generation consists of continents and rivers. Boats and Airships are the backbone of exploration. Various settlements and communities have appeared on the spawn continent (Hiphalos) and various surrounding landmasses. -The Community of MCoR My brother and I cannot be more proud of the community we have created. Genuine friends have been made on this server and there is always room for more. Very rarely have we ever needed to step into a situation, and we can confidently say that we have not had to deal with any griefs or theft thus far. We are adult oriented. While we are very welcoming, children and those who act as such will likely be removed from the server based on behavior. For more information, see our Wiki. -Server Events As we have grow, server events such as cook-offs and fishing competitions have provided ample opportunity for players to get to know one another. 3DJutsu Posted September 6 Report Posted September 6 Been playing on this server for a hot minute and I've had a blast so far. The staff are typically on top of issues when things go awry and are pretty good about making sure things are corrected (be that teleporting you out of somewhere the server placed you that you can not get out, or restoring items when they get borked). The community as a whole is pretty chill and helpful, whether you join one of the various communities or prefer to go solo. Plenty of ways to earn the servers currency so you can buy something you really need instead of relying on pure rng, you can also trade that currency in exchange for goods and services from other players, or barter with your own. All things considered, this is one of the best VS communities that I've joined and I highly recommend it to any one looking for a great place to play.
Mrgoggles163 Posted September 7 Report Posted September 7 Been playing for almost a month now and with this being the first vintage story server I've ever joined all I can say is this will be the server I play on for the rest of my time on vintage story. Incredible owner and mod team theyre always willing to help and also play on the server pretty regularly. If your looking for a server that's new player friendly and has fun events with the whole community this is the place for you.
