Body temperature still dropping while in a room (solved, it was a mod)

My understanding of the FAQ on body temperature was that I wouldn't freeze to death while inside a room, yet I clearly am.  I have to start a fire at least twice a day and stand next to it for several minutes.  I just wanted to know if I'm reading the FAQ correctly.  I've got as much warm clothing on as I can, my body temperature hardiness (forgot the config option) is set to -5C, and the outside temperature is currently -5.2C.  That should indicate with all my clothing I'm above the cold threshold, and I shouldn't be freezing to death, but my body temperature goes all the way down to 31C unless I regularly light a fire.

I have a couple of hud mods that indicate I'm in a proper room, and I've confirmed it with the vanilla commands to highlight rooms.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Knowing the room dimensions would help tremendously, as well as whether or not you've done any chiselwork in the area. Screenshots would also help, since pictures sometimes explain things better than words alone.

It may also be useful to provide your game version and modlist; the latter especially, since mods can easily cause troublesome little issues.

No chiseling, rooms vary in size from a few blocks wide to the max 14, doesn't seem to matter.  They're definitely registering as rooms.

I was playing a 'winter only' save a while back, and I guess when I downloaded that, months ago, I thought it would add some interest.  Lemme tell ya, it gets old (cold?) quick.

Ah yeah, that mod is still very much a work-in-progress and changes a lot about how the temperature system works.

Probably. One thing that the mod seems to change is how insulated spaces work--they'll need heat sources in order to stay warm, and opening/closing doors and windows seems to affect the interior temperature as well.
