Im not understanding stew topping

I add the honey but the pot keeps saying no recipe found i even tried 1x1x1xhoney ratio and nothing. what am i doing wrong?

Are you trying to use 1 L of honey per serving? The correct ratio should be 0.2 L of honey per serving of stew; you can use a bowl to add the honey in increments of 0.1 L. Also make sure that you aren't trying to use bushmeat for the stew, as that's not a valid meat for meals in the vanilla game.
