Trouble Signing In

I am currently having trouble playing the game because I cannot get by the first screen. I have changed my email and my password multiple times, but I still can't sign in. Is anyone else having this much trouble over simply signing in?

Did you activate the game with the key that was mailed to you? There is a second step after purchasing that requires you to associate an account with a game key.

If you did not get a key by email, check your spam folder.
