[1.14.3] body temperature bug?

So I walked a lush green plain and noticed my screen shaking. I deduced that I must be freezing so I checked the character info and indeed my body temperature was dropping. But it was a nice hot summer day, so why did my body temp go down?

I had the same issue in the 1.15.3 version, the outside temperature was 31°C and my body temperature was 34 °C. The wiki says the body temperature is affected only by the outside temperature, so I don't know why that happened.

I just had the same issue but in 1.18.8 had to relog to fix the issue
