Since snow can form on micro chiseled blocks

Make micro chiseled blocks and stairs and slabs too able to become waterlogged.

would make it so making a custom tub from micro chiseled blocks would work.

that could be difficult. as far as i can tell you would end up with everything air being water and i expect you actually want only the inside of the tub to be water not the outside. maybe if you could use the chisel on water blocks and mix materials that way?

but slabs and stairs would be a nice start.
