Strange bug in cheese ripening

Hi everyone,

first of all I want to say that my girlfriend and I _love_ this game !  Thanks for all the hard work.

In our last session we discoverd a strange bug when ripening cheese.

Version: 1.14.5

OS: Windows 10 and Debian

First bug: When the cheese is ripe, the time until it is done is negative.

Second bug: When loading a game the time until the cheese is ripe is not displayed. If the palyer takes the cheese out of the shelf and puts it back, the correct time is displayed.

Second issue: I do see the same behaviour concerning the time until the cheese is ripe. I think it corresponds to system of block updates. And I think it's not a big problem.
