Streetwind Posted March 21, 2021 Report Posted March 21, 2021 It's an audio recording. Now, you need a device which can play back this recording. It's called an 'echo chamber', and can very rarely be found in ruins, or (equally rarely) be bought from a luxuries trader for a considerable sum. 2
