When the major update .15 version stable is released, do we have to start from scratch for the changes to apply? For example, I can imagine that things like new items, like pies can just be taken into the existing world, but what about the new jungle biome? New guinea or other parts of world generation can probably still show up, but only in Newly created areas that were never visited/loaded before the update. I've got reassurement from dev team that terrain gen will NOT be changed so we'll not get such strange terrain glitch when updating game version like for example in Minecraft (where terrain gen change caused new and old terrain donn't fit). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
