What are the server query API endpoints?

Hi! For a project i'm making for fun, I would like to make a server list tab on my website for this game. Only problem is I couldn't find any documentation online concerning server query (get online players, max players, max player slots, etc). Is there documentation out there for this or should I pull up wireshark?
