Looking great! Silly question, but is there a reason in particular to use chiseled wooden frames instead of the vanilla boarded plaster blocks for most of these? Is it to replace plaster with a cheaper material?

There is no special need, you are right. But !!!! The chisel is a brilliant feature in this game and could not deny the pleasure of using it
